This person will be responsible for serving our customers via Instagram and WhatsApp, responding to messages and comments, and providing agile and welcoming support. It is essential to have strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues related to online sales, clarifying questions about garment fit, sizing, and general product information, as well as guiding and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey. We seek a dynamic, organized, and responsible individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and has a keen eye for sales opportunities within customer interactions, actively contributing to the company's results. Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with social media platforms will be considered advantageous.
