Opportunity to support the development of legal and negotiation strategies The law firm **Silvana Sampaio Advocacia** is seeking an **Associate Attorney** to join its legal team, with strategic involvement in **Banking Law and Consumer Law**, particularly in matters involving banking contracts, contractual review, over-indebtedness, and extrajudicial negotiations. The professional will collaborate closely with the firm’s technical and commercial teams, actively participating in the management of judicial and administrative proceedings, drafting procedural documents, analyzing contracts, monitoring case progress, providing legal advice to clients (in person and remotely), and offering technical support for negotiation strategies and settlements. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting and reviewing procedural documents at all stages of litigation; * Analyzing banking contracts and financial documents; * Handling judicial proceedings and administrative procedures; * Monitoring case progress and managing deadlines; * Providing technical legal advice to clients, both in person and remotely; * Supporting the development of legal and negotiation strategies; * Continuously updating knowledge of applicable legislation and case law. **Requirements** * Completed Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Knowledge of Banking Law and/or Consumer Law; * Strong legal writing and argumentation skills; * Organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and ethical conduct; * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in revision lawsuits, over-indebtedness cases, or banking contracts; * Experience in extrajudicial negotiations and settlements; * Familiarity with legal case management systems; * Proactive, results-oriented profile. **Employment Model** * Association, in accordance with the Statute of the Advocacy and the OAB Code of Ethics. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
