Job Summary: The Senior Telecom Assistant will serve as the customer interface, responsible for understanding the networking and telecommunications environment, providing technical support, monitoring, administering, and configuring network equipment, as well as participating in infrastructure improvement projects. An Information Technology company is hiring a Senior Telecom Assistant in Mauá. **WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SELECTION?** ---------------------------------- * Review all information related to this job posting on Jobbol and apply for free. **What will you do in this role?:** Responsible for serving as the customer interface, fully understanding the networks and telecommunications environment and services; designing network topologies; organizing network and telecommunications documentation; providing technical support; guiding support departments; engaging third-party support; monitoring and managing links and firewalls; identifying failures; executing performance improvement procedures; creating control processes and procedures for the environment; supporting project execution. Configuration and administration of Fortinet, Cisco, and SonicWall equipment to ensure stable and secure network operations. Implementation and maintenance of access control blocking rules, with emphasis on communication security and efficiency. Continuous network monitoring using observability tools to identify failures, bottlenecks, and traffic anomalies. Security incident analysis and response, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Creation of technical reports and log analysis for tracking and optimizing security policies.
