Job Summary: The Social Worker supports employees in their personal and professional well-being, develops quality-of-life and social inclusion programs, and integrates occupational health policies. Collaboration with HR and Occupational Health teams **Your Mission:** Responsible for providing support to company employees regarding social well-being, both in personal and professional matters within the corporate environment. Develop initiatives and programs that promote quality of life, social inclusion, family and financial support, as well as guidance on social benefits and assistance in cases of workers' social vulnerability. Collaborate with Human Resources, Occupational Health, and Occupational Safety teams to integrate quality-of-life and employee assistance policies, always aiming to improve the work environment and productivity. The Social Worker is part of multidisciplinary health teams as stipulated by the Organic Health Law, playing a strategic role in occupational health by promoting actions focused on worker care and social protection, as well as engaging with the community surrounding the company. **What We Expect From You:** ● Proficiency in labor and social legislation, especially concerning workers' rights and benefits. ● Ability to develop and implement corporate social assistance and health promotion programs. ● Capacity to deliver human-centered social services and support, with focus on worker well-being. ● Aptitude for mediating workplace conflicts. ● Ability to organize and maintain records of service provision. ● Proficiency with data analysis tools and social assistance reporting. ● Demonstrates basic leadership skills, including regular supervision and guidance. ● Knowledge of ERP systems and IT tools as an end user. ● Microsoft Office suite.
