Labor law compliance support and HR process assistance Area and Professional Specialization: HR Analyst Hierarchical Level: Operational Work Location: Cotia, SP Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Full-time Breakfast (provided free of charge at the company) Benefits: Meal voucher (VR), transportation voucher (VT), and dental plan Easy access to Raposo Tavares Highway km 29 (1 preferred bus route). \- Manage electronic time tracking, including working hours bank control and verification, absences, tardiness, and resolution of inconsistencies. \- Administer corporate benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment, removal, and maintenance of employees. \- Support recruitment and selection processes, as well as employee onboarding and offboarding. \- Monitor labor law-related matters and manage documentation for labor proceedings. \- Collaborate with the People & Management team to continuously improve HR processes. \- Provide support to employees, clarifying questions regarding payroll, time tracking, and benefits. \- Perform bank payment entries in the internal system. \- Collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes; manage union dues deductions; \- Support the occupational health and safety department \- Generalist knowledge in Human Resources. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \- Microsoft Office Suite \- Intermediate Excel \- Knowledge of labor legislation.
