




Main responsibilities: * Monitor and perform maintenance on the electronic timekeeping system, including registrations, adjustments, and resolution of inconsistencies; * Track employee attendance, verifying absences, late arrivals, overtime, and early departures; * Validate and process working hours data to ensure accuracy for payroll processing; * Serve as the primary contact point for employees, clarifying doubts and assisting in resolving timekeeping-related issues; * Support other Human Resources Department routines, especially those dependent on accurate timekeeping management, such as vacations and leaves of absence; * Prepare and complete control spreadsheets to present consolidated data on employee attendance and working hours; Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Basic Excel skills; * Knowledge of Human Resources Department routines.
