If you enjoy solving problems, getting hands-on, and contributing to smooth operational performance, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and support building maintenance activities (preventive and corrective); * Manage service orders and maintenance schedules; * Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and civil repairs; * Supervise service providers and suppliers; * Support contract management (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.); * Identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities; * Support inventory and service control for the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience with building maintenance routines; * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil systems; * Familiarity with technical standards and safety regulations (AVCB, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others); * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and agility in problem resolution; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative controls; * Experience with ticketing systems or service order management; * Certifications such as NR\-10, NR\-35, or courses in maintenance; * Experience in medium- or large-scale companies, industrial facilities, or commercial condominiums. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Birthday Bonus * TotalPass * Life Insurance * Unimed Health Insurance after probation period (no monthly fee) * Uniodonto Dental Insurance after probation period * Pet Health Plan * Partnerships with educational institutions and language schools * Career Development Plan **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT At **Maminfo Telecom Solutions**, we believe technology and people go hand in hand.
