Job Summary: Professional to monitor and support building maintenance activities, control service orders, perform minor repairs, and manage service providers. Key Highlights: 1. Manage service providers and material control Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and support building maintenance activities (preventive and corrective); * Control service orders and maintenance schedules; * Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs; * Monitor service providers and suppliers; * Support contract management (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.); * Identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities; * Support material and service control for the area. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience with building maintenance routines; * Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems; * Knowledge of technical standards and safety regulations (AVCB, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others); * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and agility in problem-solving; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Advantages:** * Technical course in Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative controls; * Experience with ticketing systems or service order management systems; * Certifications such as NR\-10, NR\-35, or courses in maintenance; * Experience working in medium- to large-sized companies, industrial facilities, or commercial condominiums.
