




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, handling, and providing technical support for B2B customer circuits, escalating incidents as required. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and handling of network and B2B system alerts. 2. Technical support to field teams and high-revenue customers. 3. Familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and networking knowledge. * Monitoring of B2B customer circuits using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus; * Identification and handling of network and system alerts; * Performing network troubleshooting at the access level (first level); * Providing technical support to field teams during maintenance and deployment activities; * Supporting high-revenue customers via official channels (telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail); * Tracking, logging, and handling tickets in the system queues; * Escalating incidents according to internal procedures Requirements: * Familiarity with network and system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus); * Basic networking knowledge (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS); * Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment (switches, routers, and firewalls); * Knowledge of log analysis and alarm interpretation; * Education: Currently enrolled in or completed a technical or undergraduate program in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related fields.
