




Job Summary: An operational support professional responsible for document control, shift scheduling, team management, and customer and manager support. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in team management and daily operations 2. Interaction with various teams and customer service 3. Organization and control of documentation and systems ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and updating of **spreadsheets and systems** * Monitoring of **staff shift schedules** * Support in **absence management, position coverage, and staff substitutions** * Communication with operational teams (cleaning, security, etc.) * Support for managers and customers (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp) * Control of **documentation and time records** * Support in **hiring, termination, and personnel movements** * Organization of daily operational tasks MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary negotiable Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
