Configuration of SAP Business One and add-ons We are looking for a committed individual eager to learn and innovate to join our team as a Tax Assistant! **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of major taxes: ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and tax withholdings — including fundamental concepts, regulatory authorities, main tax rates, and understanding of calculation methods. * Experience with tax closing and basic understanding of tax assessment. * Basic knowledge of generating ancillary obligations, such as EFD Fiscal, EFD Contributions, and REINF. **Desired Knowledge:** * Experience with accounting reconciliations and validation between journal entries versus fiscal documents. * Understanding of ECD and ECF generation. * Basic knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1), including tax formulas, combinations, tax codes, automatic tax code determination, and transaction parameterization. * Basic knowledge of Skill Group add-ons, such as: installation of ARD and LW add-ons, application of best practices in issuing fiscal invoices and generating ancillary obligations (ECD, EFD Fiscal, EFD Contributions, GIA, and basic PROFIS), as well as Docpay. * Basic knowledge of financial operations to support understanding of DocPay. * Proficiency in processing remittances/returns and instructions. **Responsibilities:** * Parameterization of SAP Business One (SAP B1) with focus on accounting and tax aspects, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Configuration and support in using Skill Group add-ons, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Technical support to internal users and customers, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Monitoring and support for customer-submitted tickets, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Customer service on accounting and tax matters related to SAP B1, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Understanding and recording customer inquiries, directing them when necessary, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Conducting internal tests to validate processes and supporting corrections, reviewed by an experienced professional. * Coordination with analysts, coordinators, consultants, and managers to ensure visibility of executed activities. * Basic DocPay configurations. * Basic operation of registrations and queries. **Differentiators:** SAP Business One (SAP B1) and add-ons. **Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting
