We are looking for a detail-oriented, committed, and analytically skilled **Tax Assistant** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for supporting all fiscal department routines, ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations and the correct recording and control of invoices. **Main responsibilities** * Recording and reviewing incoming, outgoing, and service invoices; * Supporting monthly tax closing; * Tax calculation (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL); * Issuance and management of payment slips; * Submission of ancillary obligations (Fiscal SPED, Contribution SPED, DCTF, GIA, etc.); * Monitoring tax updates and current tax legislation; * Supporting accounting and other administrative departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school (preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields); * Previous experience in tax or accounting areas; * Knowledge of tax legislation and taxation regimes (Simples, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit); * Familiarity with ERP systems and Office suite (especially Excel); * Experience with **SPED** and **tax withholdings** is desirable. **Desired profile** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and good communication skills; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; * Commitment to quality and information confidentiality. **We offer** * Welcoming and collaborative work environment; * Benefits: Partnerships (Pharmacy, Sesi, Telemedicine), Attendance Bonus, Day Off.
