




* Customer service / Customer portfolio maintenance – Attend to customers, provide information on products, materials and services offered by the store, quotations, support customers before/after sales, provide personalized customer service, and retain and satisfy customers. Maintain weekly contact by phone, WhatsApp, or corporate email. * Fully meet customers’ needs; to do so, pay close attention to each customer’s needs and always proactively seek alternatives to close the sale. * Marketing promotion: monitor and promote store offers, promotions, novelties, and events.
