




Job Summary: The professional will provide technical support to users, configure systems, perform hardware and software maintenance, and assist in securing company data. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in protecting company data ***Requirements:*** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering**, or related fields; * Possession of a **valid driver’s license** and **practical driving experience**, with availability for travel to cities within the region; * Availability to work **on-site in Indaiatuba/SP**; * **Prior experience in the field**. ***Responsibilities:*** **Provides support to users in utilizing IT resources and operating systems**, including: * Password recovery; * Configuration or replacement of mice, keyboards, monitors, printers, ink cartridges, and routers; * Hardware maintenance and repair (desktops and laptops). **Performs installation, configuration, and corrective and preventive maintenance of software**, ensuring proper operation of systems and equipment. **Assists in protecting company data**, executing backup routines, installing and updating antivirus software, and ensuring appropriate maintenance of devices.
