




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a professional to provide technical support to users and maintain the IT infrastructure, with a strategic focus on laboratory systems. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical Support: Provide in-person and remote assistance to users. * Infrastructure: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and networks. * Systems: Handle software installation, configuration, and incident ticket management. * Laboratory Strategy: Participate in the configuration of laboratory information systems (LIS) and equipment interfaces. * Integration: Assist with system integrations via API. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Information Systems, or related fields. * Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Profile: Organized, proactive professional with excellent communication skills. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Education allowance, On-site meals, Transportation allowance
