Job Summary: This field technician will provide remote and on-site support for equipment in stores, factories, distribution centers (CDs), and the Aviator House, performing installations, maintenance, and training. Collaborative environment and owner's mindset As a field technician, you will provide remote and on-site support for the Aviator team. You will support our entire team regarding equipment across our **Stores, Factory, CD, and Aviator House.** **Want to get to know us better? Come fly with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform initial installation of machines and equipment, guiding users on their proper use; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on cameras, telephony systems, and peripherals; * Conduct audits of machines and equipment; * Perform field activities for defect diagnosis; * Submit periodic reports on work performed; * Train employees on correct equipment usage, when necessary; * Keep equipment inventory updated. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in assembly and maintenance, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering; * Retail experience is desirable. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Collaborative work environment; * Transportation allowance; * Aviator product discount; * Partnerships: Descomplica, Open English, and Gympass. **WHO WE ARE** Founded in 1987 as a small shirt boutique, we are a Rio de Janeiro-based brand recognized for its attention to product quality.
