If you are organized, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in a business-critical area, this opportunity is for you! **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology currently in progress (desirable); * Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector; * Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration; * Flexibility in working hours; * Technical courses in IT will be a significant advantage! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support for operating systems, basic software, and databases; * Support maintenance and installation of computer equipment; * Perform activities related to computer networks; * Ensure full system functionality and prevent operational interruptions. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** 100% on-site work at our Jundiaí \- SP unit.
