Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and agile Social Media Assistant to support the Social Media team at an international agency, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines. Coordination with design, traffic, and content teams to ensure aligned deliverables. **Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)** We are a **young, multicultural, and creative** team working at an international marketing agency. We seek a creative, agile, and digitally savvy individual to support the Social Media team in executing daily tasks, ensuring content, editorial calendars, and deliverables run smoothly, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in planning and organizing the editorial calendar * Plan/Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Help draft captions, copy, and simple scripts * Support in organizing topics, briefings, and schedules * Qualify new followers using Direct and ManyChat * Update metrics and performance reports * Assist in researching trends and creative references * Coordinate with design, traffic, and content teams to ensure aligned deliverables ***\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Intermediate English proficiency required\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\**** **What We Expect From You** * Strong written communication skills and awareness of digital language * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines * Hands-on, proactive attitude * Interest in the Social Seller field * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays; 3:00 PM–7:00 PM from Tuesdays to Fridays **Work Model:** Fully Remote **Compensation:** Initial R$ 700.00; after 3 months, the employee enters a growth track within the agency.
