Conduct recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. **Availability to work in the following cities:** Cascavel, Beberibe, Jacarecoara, and Fortim We are looking for a **generalist and proactive** professional to help us build and structure the HR department from scratch—with support from a specialized consulting firm! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Department Building:** Support the implementation of processes, policies, and job descriptions. * **Talent Management:** Conduct recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. * **HR Administration Routines:** Manage electronic timekeeping, benefits, and provide payroll support. * **Culture:** Assist with climate surveys, performance evaluations, and internal communications. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Prior experience in HR subsystems. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and excellent communication skills. * **Profile:** Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to change. * **Mandatory Requirement:** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What Makes This Role Special:** This is a genuine opportunity for **leadership**.
