Manage working hours tracking and provide support to employees Provide support for Human Resources routines, focusing on administrative and labor-related activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation, internal policies, and statutory deadlines, with emphasis on working hours control and personnel administration. * Execute onboarding procedures, including document verification, system registration, and onboarding support; * Conduct offboarding processes, supporting calculations, verifying entitlements, and organizing documentation; * Support payroll closing by verifying entries, statutory charges, and benefits; * Manage, verify, and process electronic timekeeping records, including adjustments, justifications, time banks, overtime, absences, and tardiness; * Monitor working hours, shift schedules, and time entries, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal agreements; * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health plans, etc.); * Track and manage vacations, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and social security leaves; * Provide employee support to clarify questions related to working hours, payroll, and HR routines; * Support internal audits and maintain organized records and mandatory controls.
