




**Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **Responsibilities:** * Carry out recruitment and selection activities. * Support the implementation of the HR department, following guidance from the contracted consulting firm. * Organize and structure HR documents, processes, and policies. * Participate in the development and implementation of selection processes, onboarding of new employees, and training programs. * Assist in drafting job descriptions and mapping competencies. * Manage and organize benefits, electronic timekeeping, and payroll-related data. * Ensure efficient internal communication and administrative support for people management activities. * Monitor and assist in performance evaluation and organizational climate activities. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR activities. * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. * Ability to work in teams and adapt to change. * Own vehicle and driver’s license.
