




**HR Assistant** **Location:** Olímpia/SP **Employment Type:** In-person CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a creative and communicative professional with a people-oriented mindset, who will be responsible for supporting **internal marketing and internal events** initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the **planning and execution of internal campaigns** (commemorative dates, motivational initiatives, recognition campaigns, wellness and mental health); * Produce and distribute **internal announcements**, bulletin boards, newsletters, and digital content for corporate channels (email, internal TV, WhatsApp, intranet); * Post job openings, schedule candidate interviews, and provide feedback; * Assist in the **organization of corporate events**; * Support the HR department in **communicating institutional campaigns**, as well as engagement and culture projects; * Participate in the **creation of simple graphics and social media posts**, in partnership with Marketing, when necessary; * Gather participation and engagement metrics for internal initiatives. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in **Marketing or Human Resources Management**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and aesthetic sense; * Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is desirable; * Prior experience in **internal marketing, internal events, or HR** is a plus.
