




Job Summary: Serv Pro is seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to strategically and operationally support recruitment and selection (R&S), training, internal marketing (endomarketing), and events, thereby strengthening organizational culture. Contribute to the organization of corporate events and organizational culture **Serv Pro** has an open opportunity for an HR Assistant in Fortaleza, Montese neighborhood. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with a passion for people, eager to engage strategically and operationally in the company’s HR processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, as well as providing feedback to candidates. They will also support the organization and delivery of internal training programs, assist in developing internal marketing initiatives, contribute to organizing corporate events and commemorative dates, and reinforce organizational culture. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to departmental routines. A preference is given to candidates currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, possessing prior experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with digital tools, Microsoft Office suite, corporate event organization, and internal communication platforms will be considered advantageous.
