




* **Recruitment & Selection:** Conduct end-to-end selection processes for operational and support positions, including screening, competency-based interviews, and test administration. * **Personnel Department:** Support payroll closing, verification of labor charges, vacation management, and absence tracking. * **Training & Development:** Assist in identifying training needs and organizing logistics for internal training programs. * **Indicators (KPIs):** Update and analyze HR metrics such as *turnover*, absenteeism, and *time-to-hire* (time to fill a vacancy). * **Internal Communication:** Serve as the primary contact point for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in the final year of Human Resources Management or Psychology. * **Experience:** Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department. * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with payroll systems or recruitment platforms. * **Legislation:** Basic understanding of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and eSocial routines. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all hierarchical levels. * **Analytical Mindset:** Critical perspective on processes, consistently seeking optimization. * **Organization and Time Management:** Ability to handle multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
