Key responsibilities: * Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes for various company departments; * **Post job openings** on recruitment platforms and networks; * Perform **resume screening** and schedule interviews; * Provide support and service to **Unit Managers**, ensuring agility and alignment with hiring needs; * Provide feedback to candidates and employees throughout the selection process; * Enter and update information in internal recruitment systems; * Support administrative tasks within the HR department. Requirements and competencies: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and dynamism; * Aptitude for customer service and interpersonal relationships; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection is a plus.
