




The Junior Project Assistant is responsible for processing and registering orders in the system, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. In addition, they provide customer support for operational inquiries and assist in the development of technical molds in AutoCAD. This professional also manages complaints and opens Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), monitoring corrective actions to ensure customer expectations are met with quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Order Entry and Control:** Enter and update orders in the system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to involved departments. * **Customer Service:** Address customer inquiries regarding operational issues, providing support and clarification on order status and technical specifications. * **Measurements and Mold Development in AutoCAD:** Perform necessary measurements and develop technical molds in AutoCAD according to project specifications, ensuring dimensions are correct for production. * **Complaint Management:** Handle the opening and recording of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), documenting issues and monitoring implemented corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction. * **Corrective Actions Monitoring:** Track the progress of corrective actions related to complaints, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented and customers are informed of progress. **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and ability to type and record information accurately. * Communication skills for customer service and technical support. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for mold development and technical measurements. * Organizational ability to manage multiple orders and complaints simultaneously. * Proactiveness in following up and monitoring corrective actions to completion. **Qualifications:** * Technical diploma or degree in related fields such as Technical Drawing, Administration, Engineering, or similar. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and order management systems. * Previous experience in customer service or operational support is a plus. **Action Plan and Development:** * Participate in AutoCAD training to enhance technical drawing and measurement skills. * Develop customer service and complaint management skills to improve customer experience and problem resolution processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in order control and NCR management processes by proposing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
