Work in a dynamic environment with agile ceremonies We are looking for a **Project Management Assistant** to join our team, directly supporting IT governance and agile methodologies. In this role, you will be the right-hand person in organizing requests, metrics, and ceremonies that ensure the efficiency of technology deliveries. Join Onset! **Responsibilities and Duties** Project Management and Governance Support: Maintain updated records and documentation, ensuring all information is correctly archived and accessible for future reference. Administrative Routines and Follow-up: Manage meeting schedules (workshops, assessments), prepare detailed minutes, and consistently follow up on pending actions with the team and vendors. Request Governance (Tickets): Monitor ticket queues in management systems daily, ensuring correct classification by priority and adherence to SLAs. Agile Ceremony Support: Assist the Scrum Master in facilitating ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) and updating the backlog. KPI Management: Build and update performance dashboards and business metrics, such as lead time, resolution rate, and budget visibility. Vendor Management: Assist in evaluating vendor and partner performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, IT, or related fields. Prior administrative experience for familiarity with processes, office routines, and support tasks. Technical Knowledge in Projects: Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and IT Governance. Management Tools: Experience with software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow. Office Suite and Data Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for generating managerial dashboards, plus knowledge of MS Project.
