A chemical industry company based in Jardinópolis is seeking a Marketing Assistant. **Description:** \- Travel, trade shows; \- Booth setup, on-site supervision, and pre- and post-event verification. \- Identify, develop, and execute trade show projects. \- Prepare quotations for promotional items, labels, packaging, and all other trade show- and event-related materials. \- Place purchase orders for labels, packaging, promotional items, and all other trade show- and event-related materials. \- Serve as the company’s liaison with external agencies. \- Weekly marketing meetings. \- Editing and quality control of materials provided by agencies. \- Creation of invitations for internal events. \- Provide support to employees regarding media-related matters, email signatures, catalogs, and similar items. \- Review and approve labels. \- Request product development. \- Seek marketing innovations for the company. \- Organize various types of projects, campaigns, and provide HR support. \- Production of ID badges. \- Development of internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives. \- Editing of internal materials. \- Manage, monitor, and post content on social media.
