This person will directly execute strategic initiatives, organize workflows, and assist with the team’s operational demands. Key Responsibilities * Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns * Assist in preparing briefings for the Design and Video Editing teams * Organize timelines, agendas, and editorial calendars * Update performance reports and basic KPIs * Support email marketing and Meta ADS ad creation * Coordinate internal requests with Design, Traffic, and Social Media Content teams ***\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Minimum Intermediate English\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\**** What We Expect From You * Strong written communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with digital tools * Hands-on attitude and attention to deadlines * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Interest in growing within an International Marketing Agency Working Hours: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays; 3:00 PM–7:00 PM on Tuesdays to Fridays Work Model: 100% Remote Compensation: R$ 800.00 initially; after 3 months, the employee enters a growth track within the agency.
