The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper facility operations, overseeing maintenance services, managing the vehicle fleet, and providing IT infrastructure support. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. Easy access to Santo André’s city center. Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and basic operational systems. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in construction project monitoring, maintenance services, and building infrastructure. Vehicle fleet control and checklists (documentation, traffic tickets, and inspections). Warehouse management, inventory control, and stocktaking. Vendor and service provider support and coordination. Procurement requests and follow-up on unit purchases and payments. Equipment maintenance support and asset control. Support in managing facilities-related contracts and budgets. Supplier and contract management skills.
