Join us in this challenge and help transform our country through education alongside the Ânima Institute team! **Responsibilities for the Design Assistant position:** * Create and adapt visual assets for websites and social media (posts, stories, cover images) following the Institute’s visual identity, aligned with direct management; * Develop supporting materials for external and internal communication—such as announcements, presentations, and invitations—in alignment with direct management; * Assist with basic editing of images, videos, audio, and visual assets using the Institute’s standard graphic editing tools; * Adapt existing assets for different formats and channels, ensuring visual consistency, in coordination with direct management; * Organize and maintain the department’s file repository and the Institute’s visual identities, keeping them up to date; * Support the Communications Analyst in assembling materials for campaigns and specific projects; * Prepare simple files for printing or digital publication; * Monitor the production planning of communication assets in coordination with vendors, aligned with direct management. **Desired Profile:** The candidate must reside in São Paulo – SP, and possess: * Undergraduate studies underway in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Arts, or related fields; * Prior experience in visual asset creation (including internships or academic portfolio); * Proficiency in tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator); * Familiarity with digital and print file formats; * Basic knowledge of social media design; * Ability to write texts according to standard Portuguese grammar. **Additional Information:** * Employment type — Permanent CLT contract (44 hours/week); * Education Assistance — Two tuition scholarships at universities within the Ânima Education Ecosystem (undergraduate and/or postgraduate); * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Daycare assistance for mothers* as per Collective Bargaining Agreement; * Monthly Remote Work Allowance | Ergonomics Allowance to set up your workspace; * Wellhub | SESC membership card; * Birthday day off | Half-day off on children’s birthdays; * People Value (Voucher for celebrations: marriage, birth, or new academic degree).
