Here, you’ll learn hands-on how to craft compelling, engaging, and connecting copy—supporting the communication strategy of an ecosystem comprising over 90 brands. If you want to dive right in and grow quickly in digital marketing, this is your place. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Write with purpose:** Support the creation of persuasive copy for high-performance ads (Facebook Ads and Google Ads), landing pages, and email marketing. * **Unleash your creativity:** Develop dynamic scripts for institutional videos, Reels, TikToks, and testimonials. * **Support social media and events:** Assist in creating social media content and support launch strategies, live streams, and events. * **Learn about metrics:** Monitor the performance of your copy and learn how to optimize texts based on real-world market data. **What we’re looking for (Requirements):** * Currently enrolled in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Languages, or related fields. * **Excellent writing skills, creativity, and passion for communication.** * High energy, proactivity, and genuine enthusiasm to learn the craft of copywriting. * Organizational skills to meet deadlines and ease working collaboratively. **Nice-to-haves:** * Knowledge (even theoretical or from short courses) of Mental Triggers and Sales Funnels. * Prior experience in Junior Companies, academic projects, or personal blogs.
