




Description: * High school diploma completed (undergraduate studies in progress in IT, Administration, Logistics or related fields is a plus). * Knowledge of monitoring tools, Excel, and management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical mindset, proactivity, and sense of urgency. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor systems and key performance indicators in real time, identifying failures, delays, or operational deviations. * Serve as the central point of contact for incident and request registration, triage, and escalation. * Open and track technical service tickets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). * Communicate with support and operations teams. * Generate operational reports and performance dashboards to support management decision-making. * Record and document events and actions taken during shifts. * Conduct shift handovers with comprehensive briefings on the operational status. * Support the development of corrective and preventive action plans to improve performance metrics. 251212020250784535
