Job Summary: The SPDA Fund seeks committed professionals to provide customer service, negotiate debts, perform contractual regularization, and offer SAC (Customer Service Center) support for real estate matters. We are seeking **committed and proactive professionals** to support our **customer service activities**, contributing to the excellence of our services and the satisfaction of our customers. ***Responsibilities and Duties:*** * In-person customer service for SPDA’s real estate portfolio clients; * Negotiation of real estate financing debts; * Contractual regularization; * Issuance of duplicate payment slips (2nd copy); * SAC support for customers; * Analysis of contracts, payments, and amounts via system; * Submission of customer requests to internal departments; * Reception and verification of documents for contract signing; * Interaction with partners and service providers (e.g., building managers/property administrators/assignor/COHAB); * Online partner research and contact management. ***Requirements and Qualifications:*** * Completed high school education; * Problem-solving orientation focused on reaching debt settlement agreements; * Prior experience in vehicle or real estate collections is a plus. ***Additional Information:*** Remuneration: R$ 1.704,24 Bonus: 0 to 6 salaries/year; Health Plan – Notredame; Dental Plan – Bradesco (no payroll deduction); Meal Allowance/Food Allowance: R$32.85 (per day), via Caju flexible card; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deduction); Birthday Day Off; Work Model: In-person; Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
