Job Summary: An Accounting Sciences professional to perform accounting entries, reconciliations, assist in closing procedures and preparation of financial statements, as well as support ancillary obligations and tax calculations. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and tax calculations **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (from the 3rd year onward); * Knowledge of accounting (accounting entries, bank and accounting reconciliations, account classification, trial balances); * Familiarity with accounting and tax legislation; * Experience with the ERP SCI system is a plus; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Responsibilities:** Perform accounting entries in the system, classifying accounts according to source documents; conduct monthly accounting reconciliations by comparing source documents with corresponding accounting records in the system to ensure accurate accounting treatment; assist in accounting closing; support preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements; generate financial statements and management reports; support submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF, DCTF, REINF, etc.); support monthly tax calculations (ISS, ICMS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, etc.); support issuance and monitoring of municipal, state, and federal certificates; organize and archive the company’s physical and digital documents.
