We value a human, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to serve as a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Verification of the following data in contract drafts received from real estate agencies: document date, buyer information, specific details of the property sold, sale value, and payment method. Request missing documentation for purchase and sale contracts, if applicable; Execution of NPV (Net Present Value) calculations when a proposal is submitted, and verification of NPV (Net Present Value) reports sent by real estate agencies for each completed sale; Distribution of the construction company’s project pricing tables to brokers; Monthly updates of pricing tables and NPVs (Net Present Value); Management of the sales pipeline; Conducting market research to gather information such as average property prices and competitors’ prices per square meter; Participation in real estate fairs, providing commercial support to brokers; Preparation of detailed sales reports; Assisting in lead evaluation within the sales pipeline; Managing brokers’ work schedules; Regularly updating the availability status of projects. Requirements: Completed High School education. Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule.
