Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the sales cycle—from CRM and sales funnel to proposal preparation, follow-up, and customer support—as well as updating spreadsheets and generating reports. Key Highlights: 1. Full sales cycle and customer relationship management 2. Preparation of commercial proposals and documentary support 3. Monitoring of goals, results, and coordination with other departments Updates CRM systems (customer registration, history, negotiations) Manages sales funnel (who is in negotiation, proposal stage, closing) Schedules meetings Prepares commercial proposals Assists with contracts and documents Performs follow\-up (requests proposal feedback) Answers basic inquiries Maintains initial or support-level relationships Updates spreadsheets Generates reports Monitors goals and results Issues or verifies orders/invoices Interfaces with finance and other departments Eligibility Criteria: Knowledge of sustainability and climate change. Sales experience preferred (carbon-related experience preferred). Basic (or advanced) knowledge of CRM tools. Required: English fluency \- Interview will be conducted in English. Spanish (intermediate). Portuguese (written and spoken). Must be proactive and demonstrate willingness to learn. Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
