We seek a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude. If you aim to grow within a dynamic and challenging environment, this is your opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Follow up on commercial proposals and keep the CRM updated; * Issue orders, proposals, and sales reports; * Monitor the sales funnel and support strategic initiatives; * Assist in promotional campaigns and product/service launches. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Prior experience in commercial roles or customer service is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., RD Station, Pipedrive, HubSpot); * Experience in consultative sales; * Proactive profile with a solutions-oriented mindset.
