Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist professional to provide commercial and administrative support to an insurance brokerage, assisting with customer service, quotations, and internal routines. We seek a professional to work in a generalist capacity supporting the brokerage’s commercial and administrative activities, assisting with customer service, insurance quotations, and organization of internal routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct insurance quotations with insurance companies. * Support new business acquisition, including customer prospecting and offering products such as insurance and consortia. * Contact customers to collect necessary information for quotations and proposals. * Support sending and tracking commercial proposals. * Assist in registering customers and proposals in insurance companies’ systems. * Provide support in monitoring policy renewals. * Track policy installments, verify possible pending items, and support contacting customers when necessary. * Organize documents and information related to contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Collaborative and proactive attitude; * Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus. **Additional Information** **Salary Range** Base salary \+ commission **Employment Type** CLT **Benefits** Meal Voucher With **57 years of history**, **Seguralta**, one of the brands of the **Zanon Group**, has built a solid trajectory founded on **trust, transparency, and dedication**.
