




Job Summary: A professional to provide administrative and operational support in HR, focusing on customer service, recruitment, payroll, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Reside in or be willing to relocate to Tailândia; * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree in administration, psychology, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. * Valid driver's license (Class B) is desirable; * Provide initial response to requests via platform for internal clients. * Assist in tracking working hours of employees at the Polo. * Support the recruitment process by conducting document reviews either at the farm headquarters or within local communities. * Maintain employee records (electronic and printed copies). * Update departmental databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacations, and medical leaves). * Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves. * Receive all candidate documentation and verify compliance with requirements. * Deliver benefit enrollment forms to new employees. * Register new Polo employees in the system. * Deliver admission documents to employees, collect CTPS signatures, and obtain signatures from both the company and the new employee. * Enroll new employees’ fingerprints in the electronic time clock. * Directly support the Personnel Supervisor in all bureaucratic personnel-related activities conducted at the Polo. * Organize and archive documentation. * Provide operational support for training sessions held at the Polo: receive trainers, collect signatures on training documents, verify availability of audiovisual resources, coffee breaks, transportation, and meals for trainers, and distribute training certificates. * Provide operational support for the company’s sociocultural events: distribute gifts and verify coffee breaks. * Schedule medical evaluations on the INSS website for employees requiring leave. * Sort and digitize documentation for the Legal Department. * Present managers with the results of reaction evaluation surveys. * Generate vacation reports and forward them to managers for annual scheduling. * Perform other duties related to this position and department to meet superiors’ demands. * Comply with company policies. * Comply with, promote, and manage SGI, RSPO, FSSC 22000 guidelines, as well as internal regulations, procedures, and statutes. * Comply with and promote HR policies. * Comply with and promote health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Perform other related duties as required. 251018020223631588
