Preparation of managerial reports and analyses Performs administrative services supporting various departments of GRUPO AGROSALGUEIRO, including recording tax documents, product registration, issuing invoices, handling suppliers and customers, document typing, providing and receiving information regarding products and services, employees, and managing specific documentation required for daily administrative operations. Performs diverse activities supporting administrative routines; Records tax documents; Reconciles accounts and calculations; Issues tax forms and invoices; Supports the finance manager in document entry and filing; Queries and organizes fiscal note files; Creates various requests and material registrations in the ERP system; Performs administrative routines and controls according to the assigned area; Prepares and issues reports, spreadsheets, and charts for the department, compiling data for monitoring and managerial analysis; Performs other duties inherent to the position or as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
