Support in customer service and invoice verification Metalúrgica Mor | Santa Cruz do Sul - RS | On-site Job Description * Perform accounting entries * Issue invoices, record freight charges, complete import processes, and enter fiscal invoices into the system * Verify and account for revenue * Verify temporary accounts * Complete records * Provide customer service regarding returns * Assist with tax calculations and accounting closing * Assist with other accounting tasks * Create and modify operation types * Verify incoming fiscal invoices * Issue outgoing fiscal invoices * Create PIN (National Goods Entry Protocol) * Verify and issue ST, DIFAL, DARF, and ISSQN tax forms * Verify DANFE against XML * Issue electronic correction letters * Assist with item registration * Assist with other tax-related tasks Responsibilities and Assignments . Requirements and Qualifications * Technical course in Accounting currently underway OR undergraduate studies currently underway in Accounting or Administration; * Proficiency in computer skills: Word and Excel.
