**About the opportunity** We are seeking operational, agile, and committed professionals to work in a dynamic vehicle tracking operation, handling high-volume technical service demands, installations, maintenance, and emergency responses. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with and/or perform vehicle tracker installations and maintenance; * Conduct testing, diagnostics, and technical support for equipment; * Fulfill external operational requests in the field; * Travel to various cities and regions; * Respond to emergency situations and provide technical rescue; * Perform vehicle unlocking and release when required; * Support the responsible technician during service routes and execution; * Ensure responsiveness, organization, and quality in service delivery; * Record information and incidents related to performed services. **Desired Profile** * Availability for travel and long-distance commuting; * Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of urgency; * Ability to handle high-volume workloads and intense service flows; * Commitment to scheduled hours and emergency response; * Interest in learning and advancing technically within the field; * Strong communication skills and accountability in field operations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category A/B is a plus; * Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems, vehicle tracking, or automotive installation is desirable; * Prior experience in this area is a plus, but we also consider candidates eager to learn and grow in this role. **Advantages** * Experience in vehicle tracking; * Field service and field operations experience; * Knowledge of vehicle immobilization/unlocking; * Immediate availability.
