Ensure ethical and responsible AI use in compliance with LGPD We seek an **Artificial Intelligence Specialist** with both a human-centered and technology-driven perspective to transform how our Human Resources function operates. This role is cross-functional: you will not be confined to a single HR sub-area but will engage across the entire employee journey—from recruitment through development—covering culture, performance, and people operations. Your mission will be to identify, design, and implement AI-based solutions that make HR processes more agile, strategic, and human-experience-centered—balancing innovation with responsibility and ethics in data usage. **Responsibilities** Diagnosis and Strategy Map current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI. Develop the AI implementation roadmap for the People function, aligned with business strategy. Act as a bridge between HR and Technology teams, translating human needs into technical solutions. Development and Implementation Design and implement AI solutions for processes such as succession planning, individual development plans, predictive turnover analysis, performance evaluation, and people analytics. Develop automated communication workflows and organizational charts with activity descriptions (job descriptions) for all company professionals. Implement chatbots and virtual assistants to support internal employee experience. Governance and Ethics Ensure implemented AI solutions comply with LGPD and internal privacy policies. Establish criteria for ethical and responsible AI use in people processes, avoiding algorithmic bias. Document processes, methodologies, and outcomes of HR AI initiatives. Training and Data Culture Train HR teams on AI tools, promoting digital literacy and autonomy. Foster a data-driven culture within the Human Resources function. Monitor global trends in HR Tech and AI applied to people, bringing benchmarks and innovations. **Requirements** Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Administration, or People Management. Postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialized courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or People Analytics (preferred). **Experience and Technical Knowledge** Prior experience with automation or AI implementation projects in organizational contexts. Solid knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and their practical applications. Basic programming knowledge in Python or R for data analysis and process automation. Proficiency in People Analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms. Knowledge of LGPD and ethical handling of personal data. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of Human Resources (e.g., Generalist HR, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Development, HR Business Partner, or similar). Experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to HR projects. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications in feedback and organizational climate analysis. Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools. Portfolio of AI or automation projects developed in corporate settings.
