It provides services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Elaboration and analysis of housing unit types. Creation and updating of layouts. Management of projects for obtaining legal approvals. Development of construction execution drawings (ceiling plans, floor plans, technical details). Interaction with internal teams and external designers. Support during the coordination phase. Assistance in defining products (finishes, construction standards, design solutions). Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Architectural Engineer, or Urban Designer may indicate affinity with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
