Key Responsibilities:* Assist in organizing and maintaining quality-related records and documents * Support the preparation, updating, and review of quality reports, spreadsheets, and indicators * Assist in controlling documents within the Quality Management System (QMS) * Support managing correspondence, emails, and internal communications regarding procedures and standards * Participate in departmental meetings, recording minutes and tracking action plans * Perform other administrative and support activities as required by the quality team * Safety first: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-incident behaviors in support of our effort to develop a world-class safety culture Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:* Completed or currently pursuing high school education * Age: Between 18 and 24 years old * Availability: Ability to balance practical (on-site) and theoretical training schedules during morning and afternoon shifts * Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, is essential * Basic understanding of document and spreadsheet organization * Fundamental knowledge of quality tools will be considered an advantage Founded in 1871, the Weir Group is a leading mining technology company dedicated to making mineral operations more sustainable, intelligent, and efficient.
