Support payroll processing (data entry, variable components, benefits, and deductions). Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters. Assist with administrative routines within the department. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Intern, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. \- Perform bank payment entries in the internal system. \- Collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes; manage union dues deductions; \- Support the occupational health and safety department \- Generalist knowledge in Human Resources. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \- Microsoft Office Suite \- Intermediate Excel \- Knowledge of labor legislation.
