Job Summary: A professional responsible for driving emergency vehicles for patient care and transportation, performing fleet checklists, and assisting the healthcare team. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in pre-hospital care and defensive driving training **Objective:** * Operate ground-based emergency vehicles designated for patient care and transportation. The employee is stationed at the assigned base and responds to calls from the emergency dispatch center, traveling to public roads, businesses, residences, clinics, and hospitals as required. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily fleet checklist inspections — including the on-duty ambulance and reserve ambulances; * Initiate Service Orders and notify supervisors and the fleet maintenance department whenever mechanical, electrical, or other maintenance is needed, and follow up on resolution; * Participate in training programs to enhance pre-hospital care, traffic legislation, and defensive driving skills; * Immediately inform supervisors of any traffic accidents involving the vehicle, whether or not injuries occur, and comply with company-established procedures; * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned vehicle and perform basic maintenance tasks; * Familiarize oneself thoroughly with local road networks; * Know the locations of all healthcare facilities integrated into the local assistance system; * Assist the healthcare team with basic life support maneuvers, immobilization techniques, and victim transportation; * Perform basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); * Identify all types of equipment carried in emergency vehicles and their respective uses to support the healthcare team; **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma; CNH Category D license; valid Emergency Vehicle Driver Training certificate compliant with current qualification and operational standards. * Pre-Hospital Care Training certificate. Work schedule: 12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off, consisting of: 1 position from 08:00 to 20:00 1 relief position (flexible scheduling required) Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.653,24 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
