Job Summary: An Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of air conditioning systems by performing maintenance, installations, repairs, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems 2. Install and test new air conditioning equipment 3. Ensure individual and collective workplace safety **POSITION:** Air Conditioning Technician **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 OR 44 hours per week Availability required for the first 7 business days during regular business hours (Integration/Training during regular business hours, Monday to Friday). **SALARY:** R$3\.043,37 **BENEFITS:** VA R$30.00/day \+ VT \+ Health insurance with co-payment (after 6 months) \+ Day Off (Birthday leave after 1 year) \+ University tuition discounts **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:** * High school diploma; * Certified Refrigeration Technician; * NR10 and NR35 certifications; * Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning,***preferred*** **experience in hospital environments.** **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Commitment and punctuality; * Dynamic and proactive; * Agility and willingness; * Courtesy; * Organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** An Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of the institution's air conditioning systems. Key duties include: * **Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, including VRF, chillers, split units, fancoils, and fancolets. * **Installation:** Install new air conditioning equipment and conduct operational testing. * **Repairs:** Replace components such as compressors and fan motors. * **Technical Support:** Assist in developing projects and budgets. * **Safety:** Ensure individual and collective safety by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate PPE.
