Act as a facilitator between business and technology areas We are looking for an **Agile Master** to support the organization's agile culture evolution, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across teams. The professional will act as a facilitator between business and technology areas, ensuring proper application of agile practices and efficiency in value delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (**Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective**). * Support the team in adopting and evolving **agile frameworks**, such as Scrum and Kanban. * Address **impediment removal** affecting team productivity. * Promote **continuous improvement of agile processes**. * Support and monitor backlog planning and prioritization with stakeholders. * Monitor team performance and workflow metrics. **Requirements:** * Experience working with **agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)**. * Experience facilitating **agile ceremonies and workflow management**. * Strong communication skills and ability to **facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business areas**. * Experience with **backlog management and delivery tracking**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with agile management tools, especially **JIRA**.
